Coaching for fundraisers
Do you need a bit of help to work through something? Some more support than you're currently getting? Someone to bounce ideas off? Do you want to up your game, in a way that a training course probably won't cover? Or maybe think about career progression?

I'm an experienced fundraising consultant and qualified coach, and I specialise in coaching charity professionals, particularly those who have fundraising in their role.
My approach: taking action
My aim in a coaching session is not to teach, but to support you in your thinking. You might come with a problem, a challenge, or a desire. The simplest, but most important thing I will do is be a sounding board, giving you a dedicated space to talk it out, and hear it back - it's amazing how hearing your words in someone else's mouth can give you a different perspective.
Often we can get stuck on what we don't like, and don't want - so I will also support you to clarify what you do want. And we'll look at what's getting in your way, and how to move past those barriers, with defined, practical actions.
My clients: first time fundraisers to CEOs
My clients range from those considering entering the fundraising world, to CEOs who don't just want to talk fundraising, but value the perspective I have from years of working with so many different charities. Recent questions clients have brought are:

How can I have more physical energy for my work?
What's the next step in my career? Is it here or elsewhere?
How can I feel more confident making the ask?
What can I do to prepare for this job interview?
How can I continue to grow as a very experienced fundraiser?
What do I need to change now I'm in this new role?
Some logistics
Sessions are for an hour, weekly, fornightly, or monthly. I coach between the hours of 9.30-12.30 and 2-5, Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
I take bookings in blocks of six sessions - this helps you get into a rhythm, you'll find you get more efficient at working the coaching system as time goes on, and it builds accountability, because you know you'll be reporting back next time.

Sessions are paid in advance - I can invoice should your organisation require. If you need to persuade your manager that your organisation should pay - I can help you build that case.
You will have a coaching agreement, which explains things like confidentiality, and what happens if you need to cancel.

Price: my prices do vary depending on whether I'm delivering it independently or as part of a training package, and on whether it's your organisation paying (most common) or you're self-funding, but please rest assured they're in line with market rates, and I'm happy to quote you as soon as I have those particulars.
